Lynn began his professional career with General Electric as a Quality and Process Engineer, and over a seventeen year period rose through a variety of positions that included Manufacturing Engineer, Foreman, Equipment Design Engineer, Supervisor of Industrial Engineering, and Course Instructor for the Manufacturing Management Training Program.

Kearney, Inc., Lynn spent seven years with this major international consulting firm, leading a variety of assignments involving strategic planning, site selection, facility design & layout, and quality system assessments & development. Assignments spanned the continental U.S., Europe and Middle East and included clients such as Baxter Travenol, Firestone Tire & Rubber, Bendix Air Brake, General Dynamics, Rubbermaid Inc., The Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and BMW.
