With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Organizational Behavior, Lynn merges the two disciplines as he addresses change that involves both processes and the people who work with them.

Lynn began his professional career with General Electric as a Quality and Process Engineer, and over a seventeen year period rose through a variety of positions that included Manufacturing Engineer, Foreman,  Equipment Design Engineer, Supervisor of Industrial Engineering, and Course Instructor for the Manufacturing Management Training Program.

Recruited by A.T. Kearney, Inc., Lynn spent seven years with this major international consulting firm, leading a variety of assignments involving strategic planning, site selection, facility design & layout, and quality system assessments & development. Assignments spanned the continental U.S., Europe and Middle East and included clients such as Baxter Travenol, Firestone Tire & Rubber, Bendix Air Brake, General Dynamics, Rubbermaid Inc., The Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and BMW.

After serving a Cleveland, Ohio based manufacturing firm as VP of Operations, Lynn established LE Dupuy & Associates, Inc. in the mid-eighties. Although clients include well known companies as Diebold, Rubbermaid, Inco Metals and others, the client roster also includes over 100 smaller companies (less than 200 employees).  Regardless of size, the consulting practice is increasingly focused on universal needs for process management, particularly in planning, training and implementation services for both manufacturing and service corporations.

In addition to his employment at General Electric which included being a Course Instructor for the Manufacturing Management Training Program, Lynn has also served part time teaching at local educational institutions including Cleveland State University, Stark State College, Lakeland Community College, and Hiram College, and has been a guest lecturer at The American University in Cairo, Egypt. Customized Training is one of the strong suits of LE Dupuy.
