SITUATION:

Quality Manager departed abruptly leaving the company with a critical certification and customer requirements in jeopardy.

OBJECTIVE:

LEDA engaged to support the certification effort, insure that certification was achieved and to ensure that a robust system would protect the customer against nonconforming product during the certification preparation.

OUTCOME:

System is now certified and the customers that were most vulnerable received product with no returns, complaints or late shipments
